1. Service and eligibility
b-minute is a multilingual educational reading companion. It provides original, condensed learning materials about books and may use artificial intelligence and public web research to prepare them. It does not provide the complete text of a book and is not affiliated with an author or publisher unless expressly stated.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, to create an account. The service is not directed to children. You are responsible for the Google account used to sign in and for activity under your session.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Only Google sign-in is supported. Provide accurate account information and do not share, sell, automate, or misuse access. You may not use b-minute to generate or distribute unlawful, sexually exploitative, graphically violent, hateful, deceptive, or rights-infringing material; probe security; evade usage limits; scrape the service; or overload its systems.
We may block a request, remove content, suspend an account, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or rights protection.
3. AI-generated book minutes
AI can be incomplete or wrong. Book identity, edition details, interpretation, and source links should be independently checked before you rely on them. b-minute is for general education, not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Book minutes are designed as transformative orientation and commentary. They are not a substitute for purchasing, borrowing, or reading the original work. We do not guarantee that a minute captures every argument, nuance, plot element, or authorial intention.
4. Plans, payment, cancellation, and changes
Free usage is limited by day. Paid b-minute subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, billing support, cancellations, returns, and refunds. b-minute does not receive or store full card numbers or CVCs.
A paid plan renews automatically for the billing period and price presented at checkout until canceled. Before purchase, checkout shows the product, recurring charge, billing interval, applicable taxes, and renewal terms. By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms, the b-minute Refund Policy, and the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms.
You may cancel at any time through the Paddle buyer portal linked from your transaction email or through the subscription-management link in your b-minute account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, access ordinarily continues until then, and no further renewal is charged. Cancellation does not itself refund a charge already made.
Refund and statutory withdrawal requests are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle’s Refund Policy, and non-waivable local consumer law. Requests are submitted to Paddle at paddle.net; b-minute does not refund a Paddle transaction directly. We will give reasonable notice of material price or plan changes and apply them no earlier than the next renewal.
5. Intellectual property and feedback
Authors, publishers, and other rightsholders retain all rights in original books, cover art, trademarks, and source material. b-minute retains rights in its brand, software, editorial structure, and original service content, subject to third-party rights. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for non-commercial reading.
If you send product feedback, you permit us to use it without payment or confidentiality obligations, but you keep ownership of any rights you already hold in it.
6. Availability, liability, and governing terms
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, but will act reasonably with active subscriptions. To the extent permitted by law, b-minute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while preserving mandatory rights available in your place of residence. Any competent forum and mandatory dispute process available to a consumer remains unaffected.
