1. Scope and seller of record
This policy applies to paid b-minute subscriptions purchased through Paddle Checkout. Paddle.com is our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle is the seller for the payment transaction, while b-minute supplies and supports access to the digital service.
Paddle handles payment collection, transaction taxes, billing customer service, cancellations, returns, and refunds. This b-minute policy supplements Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. If the policies differ, Paddle’s transaction terms apply, and mandatory rights under the law where you live always prevail.
2. Cancellation is different from a refund
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle buyer portal linked in your transaction email or through the subscription-management link in your b-minute account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so you keep access until then and are not charged for a later renewal.
Canceling does not automatically reverse a charge already made. To avoid the next recurring charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your Paddle receipt or buyer portal.
3. Refund eligibility
Unless applicable law, Paddle’s Refund Policy, or an additional written b-minute commitment provides otherwise, completed transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may approve a full or partial refund where a statutory right applies, a product is not delivered or materially defective, or Paddle grants a discretionary refund after reviewing the circumstances.
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behavior. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or unfit digital services.
4. Statutory withdrawal rights
Some countries provide a cooling-off or withdrawal period for consumers, including a 14-day period in parts of Europe and the United Kingdom. For digital services made available immediately, that right may be limited once you expressly request immediate access and begin using or benefiting from the service. Paddle applies the country-specific rules stated in its current Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Where local law grants a stronger or non-waivable right, that right applies regardless of this policy. Eligibility depends on the purchaser’s location, purchase date, service use, and the law governing the transaction.
5. How to request help or a refund
For a billing refund, cancellation, receipt, or payment-method request, visit Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.net or contact billing@b-minute.com. For a service-access or product-quality issue, contact support@b-minute.com. Give the transaction email, transaction or receipt number, purchase date, affected plan, and a concise explanation; never send a full card number or CVC.
b-minute may investigate product delivery or usage and provide relevant fulfillment information to Paddle. Any approved Paddle refund is returned through the original payment route where possible. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and is outside b-minute’s control.
6. Effect of a refund and policy changes
When a full refund is issued, access to the refunded paid subscription may end immediately. A partial refund or billing correction may change the paid-through date or entitlements as explained with the decision. Refunds do not restore generation allowances already consumed.
The version of this policy in effect at the time of the transaction applies, subject to mandatory law. Material changes will be posted here and, where required, communicated before they affect an existing subscription.
